Media Release Policy

At Ease Your JAM, we document every session through short video/audio clips and occasional photos. These recordings serve two primary purposes:
  • Internal reflection and feedback for participants and conductors.
  • Sharing the joy of jamming through promotional or educational content across social media, website and presentations.

  • What Participants Consent To

By attending a jam, you grant us permission to:
  • Record short clips (usually 2–3 minutes in total length).
  • Tag participants by first name or instrument only, if at all.

  • What We Promise

  • We never publish full sessions. Only carefully selected, respectful segments are used.
  • No media will be sold to third parties or used for profit beyond promoting Ease Your JAM.
  • Everyone is informed at the beginning of the jam that recording will happen.
  • The Coordinator records the clips respectfully without interrupting flow.

  • Who Has Access

  • All participants receive access to the clips via private Drive or YouTube links.
  • Conductors and coordinators can use clips for their personal portfolios, with proper credit to www.easeyour JAM.

  • Legal Framework

This media release operates as a standing consent. All participants, including guest musicians, coordinators and conductors are bound by this policy.

If you have any concerns about this policy, please Ask Us about Media Use → before joining. We are happy to clarify anything!
