Participant Code Of Conduct
Our Commitment
Ease Your JAM is more than music — it's a space for expression, connection, and collaborative learning. This Code of Conduct ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience for everyone who enters the jam space.
Musical Environment & Etiquette
1. Equal Respect for AllAll participants are valued equally, regardless of musical experience or skill level. There is no “beginner” or “expert” in this space — only contributors.
2. Active Listening & Shared SpaceSpeak and play with awareness; avoid dominating or interrupting. Create space for others to express themselves. Support quieter participants and encourage balance.
3. Constructive InteractionLight-hearted sarcasm is welcome only if it builds connection and does not demean. Judgment, passive aggression, or mockery is not tolerated. Reflect respectfully; offer encouragement over critique.
4. Emotional & Physical SafetyZero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. Respect personal boundaries, both physical and emotional. No alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behavior during sessions.
5. Collaborative SpiritApproach jams with openness, playfulness, and curiosity. Embrace imperfections as part of growth. Share the groove, don't steal the spotlight.
